If you send an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately with your order number and transaction hash. Overpayments will be credited or refunded. Underpayments will require you to send the remaining balance.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide except to China itself. We ship to the EU, Americas, Oceania, Asia, Africa, and more. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your country. Shipping is a flat rate of $50; orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Peptide vials are securely sealed, cushioned, and packed with temperature-controlled materials to ensure product integrity throughout transit.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. We recommend using 17TRACK (www.17track.net) for the most accurate updates.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We stand behind our shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
What if my package is refused by customs?
If your parcel is seized or refused by customs, we will arrange a reshipment. For the EU and the US, reshipment is completely free of charge. For other countries, customs regulations can be stricter — in those cases, a reshipment fee of 35% of the order value may apply. Regulations change frequently, so please contact us before ordering if you live outside the EU or the US so we can advise you on the current policy for your country. In rare cases where reshipment is not possible due to local regulations, no compensation may be available.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is an official document from a testing laboratory that certifies the purity, identity, and quality of a specific batch of peptides. It includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, appearance, and storage conditions. Third-party COAs are available on our Test Results page.
How should I store peptides?
Most peptides should be stored at -20°C in a freezer for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the recommended timeframe. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you receive a product that does not meet the stated purity specifications, we will replace it free of charge upon verification.
